| Tenants - if you are getting something fixed that your landlord is paying then I need you to pay me by cash. And I will give you a bill that you can give t your landlord to get your money back. This is the only way I will work and I also need a letter from your landlord explaining what is to be done. |
| Getting a hold of me is nearly impossible, but you can make an appointment to talk . I designed the system so it is really easy to use. You can check it out at www.EZBOOKINGSystem.com I work on an hourly rate, so it is unfair to the customer that I keep picking up the phone. The only time I pick it up is when I am working on a big job for a customer or if I am working for a customer full time for a while. |
| Why.... I here you cry? Because Tenants were adding things they though the landlord was responsible for and was not. so some threw in a few extra things for the landlord to pay for. A few ruined it for everyone now. It is really a shame, but this is how it must work now. |
| Be sure you are there for the trades person or had the landlord of the friend there on your behalf because if you are not, then there will be a service charge it it must be charged to you. You will be responsible to pay for it, if the appointment is no cancelled on line. |
