My rates

The time starts when I arrive at your building or house, and it stops when I have finished putting all my the tools back in my van. I charge a 20 Euros/hr. minimum even when I go to look at something, Usually I go to fix it but if something cannot be fixed, then there is no service call fee if there is only one thing on your list. My hourly rates do not include the cost of materials such as screws, silicone, brackets or other such things and also does not include a helper. If I need to go to the store to get something, I must charge for my time to get whatever I may need. I will ask for some cash for materials and I will give you the change and the bill.

The first hour or less is $75.00/hr for my time plus expenses (screws nails, lumber, etc.) And it is the same cost for every hour after. For example: If it takes me 1.5 hours to do your work, then that is all you pay in time. Similarly if it takes me only 1/2 hour to so the Job, there is still a 1 hour minimum. But lets us say that in the 20 years I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS, working for half an hour, has happened only twice. If I bring a helper. I charge $50.00/hr extra for the second person when both of us are working at the job at the same time. This also includes the time I am getting materials for a job when I may be driving around. (*you do not pay for gas but you do pay for parking) If I stop working on a job, because I end up doing something else or I go for lunch or whatever, I stop the clock on the second person, in this case, I may become the second person and the rate of $75.00 applies to the person still working on the job.

I start a digital timer when I arrive at the job. and the timer stops when I have finished putting all the tools away and have cleaned up. I do not leave any mess at any job at any time. That is why it says Les Stress and Mess when you Hire Les on the side of my van.

I do not give free estimates. I charge for my time to go an look at something for you. I will never try to sell you something you do not need or try to scare you into buying something from me like so many others do. I will tell you the easiest and quickest way to fix something and I will always be 100% honest with you.
